IMPORTANT- IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS OF TURISMO PARADISE AGREEMENT (“TERMS”), DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFORMATION TO AGREE TO A RENTAL OR RESERVATION AND DO NOT CLICK "BOOK NOW" OR "RESERVE NOW" OR “CONFIRM AND PAY”. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY CLICKING "BOOK NOW", "RESERVE NOW", “CONFIRM AND PAY” AND/OR TICKING THE CHECKBOX TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TURISMO PARADISE, YOU ARE ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH TURISMO PARADISE. (”TURISMO PARADISE”) AND INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ IN FULL, AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO RENT, RESERVE OR PURCHASE THROUGH TURISMO PARADISE. IF YOU ACCEPT OR AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY TO THESE TERMS AND, IN SUCH EVENT, “YOU” AND “YOUR” WILL REFER AND APPLY TO THAT COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY. These Terms incorporate by reference the use of the Turismo Paradise website, hereinto also referred to as “Site” and Turismo Paradise services terms of use.
These Terms apply with respect to the use of Turismo Paradise’s website and services.
Changes
Turismo Paradise reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. If we change these Terms we will update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Site you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site.
Age Restrictions
The Site and reserves will only be serve to those persons who are 21 years of age or older. You represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
Responsabilities
Turismo Paradise CIA. LTDA., is responsible for fulfilling the itinerary or service offered. However, it reserves the right to modify the ORDER of visits according to weather conditions, availability or integration of other passengers on the same travel dates. If such modification exists, the passenger will be notified promptly. The company is not responsible for flight delays or services not directly contracted in our offices. Even when this implies the loss of some service or visit. In the event of any adverse weather conditions or general provisions of competent authorities, the company reserves the right to suspend or modify the services. In this case, no refund applies.
Note: We recommend, for your safety, to contract health insurance for travelers.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation rules vary by service. Please review the policy for the service you booked.
Daily Tours
- • Cancellations requested 60 or more days before the tour date are refunded the balance, retaining a 25% administration fee.
- • Cancellations with less than 60 days before the tour date receive no refund.
- • Passenger name changes are free up to 1 day (24 hours) before the tour.
- • Date changes are free when requested at least 30 days in advance and the new date falls within the same calendar year.
No-shows forfeit the full value with no refund or reschedule option.
Island Hopping & Experiences
- • All cancellations retain a USD 100.00 administration fee per passenger.
- • From 30 to 21 days before services: 30% of the confirmed amount is retained (plus the admin fee).
- • Exactly 20 days before services: 50% of the total invoice is charged (plus the admin fee).
- • From 19 to 1 days before services: 100% of the invoice is charged.
No-shows and voluntary withdrawals receive no refund.
Ferry Services
- • Ferry tickets are non-refundable.
- • Date changes are free when requested at least 48 hours before departure, on the same route and within the same calendar year.
- • Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before departure.
